Special Orders: To place a special order for an item that is not available by online ordering (i.e. team orders of non-stocked uniforms, or any items from our partner brands that we do not regularly stock in-store) please call us at (909) 383-7734 or (888) 697-6223. You can also contact us by e-mail to arrange an order, request a quote, or check availability for items not currently in stock and available on our website. Items purchased by special order may not be returnable (see below).

Team orders: Any order that exceeds the minimum quantity of 10 pieces of the same style, and has a listed Team Price is eligible for quantity discounts. Team orders of jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, balls, warm-ups and other training gear will show a Team Price with the item on our website. This Team Price is effective only for the original order, or any subsequent orders of the minimum quantity necessary for a quantity discount. Any future order of the same item that is below the minimum quantity for a Team Price discount will be given a Fill-in Team Price discount. This discount is less than the full discount of the Team Price but is still well below List Price for any item. Example - The adidas Toque short has a list price of $19.95, and a Team Price for 10 or more pieces of $13.50/each. The Fill-in Team Price for this item, when ordered in any quantity from 1-9 pieces after the original order, is $14.95/each. The Fill-in Team Price is good for the life of the style for the original Team customer.

Returns: Any unused and unaltered items can be returned for a full refund or exchange for the following lengths of time:
> New Items: Items purchased at list price, or at a regular Soccer Center discount (i.e. new footwear and warm-ups) - 60 days.
> Closeout Items: Items purchased at a closeout price, or anything listed in the Sale Center - 30 days.
Exceptions to the above: Items that have been personalized with any type of silk-screening, embroidery, numbering, or any other alteration are not returnable. Items that have been used are not returnable.

Special note regarding sizing: While we will do everything that we can to help you find the best size for you, the final responsibility for choosing a size must remain with the customer. If shoes have been purchased, and just "tried out" one time on the field, they are no longer returnable for sizing issues. If jerseys have been purchased, and numbering or screening of any kind was done, those items cannot then be returned due to sizing problems. We will give you any input possible regarding sizing, manufacturer's size charts, in-store samples, etc. But once an item is used, or altered, changing sizes is not an option.

Special Order returns: Items that have been placed by Special Order (see above) may be returnable, but occasionally with a manufacturer's re-stocking fee. We can help you with this on an item-by-item basis before any special order is placed, based on a manufacturer's previous policies regarding returns. If a re-stocking fee is charged for returnable special order items, it will not exceed 15% of the purchase price of the item(s) being returned.

Defective Merchandise: Of course, any item that is defective due to manufacturing issues is returnable at any time within a reasonable period, as determined by the manufacturer. Defective items can be returned to Soccer Center for a full refund, and we will take care of the process of returning those items to the manufacturer.

Returns Process: If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will arrange for items to be shipped back to the store. In the case of defective items, we will do everything possible to avoid shipping charges on the customer end. In the case of voluntary returns within the 30 or 60 day period, the customer is responsible only for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Soccer Center, and all other payments will be refunded.

As always, all returns must be accompanied by a store receipt.
